配送ポリシー
Where we ship from
All orders ship from Japan. 369DRONE Inc. is based in Chiba, Japan, and every parcel - including orders placed through the Shop app - is dispatched from our warehouse in Japan.
Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Digital products (3D data, etc.) are delivered by download link once payment is confirmed.
Shipping rates
- Japan: flat 800 JPY
- International (eligible countries): 5,000 JPY for parcels up to 2 kg
Import duties, taxes and customs charges
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are NOT included in the item price or the shipping cost.
When your parcel arrives in your country, your local customs authority may charge import duty, import consumption tax / VAT, and a carrier handling fee. These charges are payable by the recipient and are collected by the carrier (DHL, FedEx, Japan Post, etc.), not by us. We have no control over the amount charged.
Please note:
- The carrier will usually contact you by email or SMS after the parcel arrives. Please check your spam folder - parcels are frequently held simply because this notice was missed.
- A parcel held for unpaid duties will not be delivered. If it is held long enough, the carrier returns it to us, and return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
- We declare the full value of the goods on all customs documents. We cannot mark shipments as a gift or declare a lower value.
If you are unsure what you may be charged, please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
Tracking
A tracking number is issued once your parcel ships. International parcels may take a few days before tracking information appears, and the tracking number can change when the parcel is handed over between carriers.
